OutGoing eXchange (OGX)
Research our International Internship and Local Students market, connect to the Global Network, analyze and evaluate potential particiapnts in the program and provides suitable opportunities for Chinese students
InComing eXchange (ICX)
Conduct resarch on the Local Market, do business presentations and company meetings to establish cooperation with local companies to provide opportunities for foreign students to experience China
Projects
Take part in project based on social issue, organize events, make market research, interact with young people from different countries, attend company meetings and attract local entities for supporting the project, make difference in your society
External Relations (ER)
Research local company market, do business presentations and company meetings, branding materials, maintan external contacts and partnerships, ensure branding and thriving network for the Alumni of the organizaiton
Finance (F)
Keep financial accountability in the organization, crate project budgets, ensure the financial sustanability of the organizaiton through organizational accounting and budgeting
Talent Management (TM)
Create and deliver training, ensure personal and professional development of young people, tracking and creating learning opportunities
