Development Traineeship
Development Traineeship (DT) provides the opportunities for Chinese youth to volunteer abroad to develop the solutions toward social issues. As an AIESEC trainee there, you will be mainly working in NGOs or schools, with youth from other different countries. The topic of Development Traineeship is mainly about culture education, HIV/AIDS, women/children’s right and community development. There are no special criteria of academic background and working experience for Development Traineeship. What you need is the strong interest in social issues and basic knowledge about it.
Compared with other types of internship, Development Traineeship offers more opportunities for trainees to interact with local community, so that trainees could have a deeper culture experience. In 2009, 85% trainees went to India, Centre-Eastern Europe, Africa, South-Eastern Asia and Latin America as participates in Development Traineeship for 6 to 24 weeks. The majority of the internship program provide the free accommodation but not the salary (it’s mainly depends on the project).

Education Traineeship
Education Traineeship（ET）provides the opportunities for trainees to work in the field of language or skill teaching and training. Trainee will work in companies, NGOs, or school abroad, and take responsibility for teaching language, culture, skills, business management etc. Since 2009, our trainees have been to South-America, Centre-Eastern Europe, India and South-Eastern Asia, more than 20 countries in total. In Education Traineeship, we have a special program named Chinese for foreigners. The trainees went to Turkey, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Indonesia and India, teaching Chinese in companies or NGOs.

Management Traineeship
AIESEC Management Traineeship is the exclusive program which aims to develop youth talents’ leadership and broaden their vision towards the world through providing excellent internships in management fields which including marketing, finance, business administration, accounting, human resource and so on.
We strongly encourage those with business related backgrounds and excellent academic experience to apply for this traineeship. Moreover, we welcome the youth talents with strong sense of leadership and desire to develop themselves through activating their potential in management traineeship abroad. The applicants should have at least 12 weeks of availability for the internship.
In the past 5 years, we have sent over hundreds of great talents through management traineeship program all over the world, especially in India, Germany, Japan, Brazil and Central East, Europe, Africa etc.

Technology Traineeship
AIESEC Technology Traineeship is the leading program designed for those with technological background in information management, project management, advertising and media communication, engineering etc. It requires related working experience and specific skills. Most internships require at least 6 weeks availability. And most of the internship opportunities are from India, Western Europe, Middle East and America etc. Over 300 hundreds of top talents in China have experienced Technology Traineeship through AIESEC.
