GLOBE Program


Since its establishment in 1948 AIESEC promotes tolerance among young people from different backgrounds, religions and understanding in order to sustain the peace and have positive impact in the society.


The "Globe" Program aims to develop your Global Mindset and link you to international network by providing you with exclusive opportunity to join International Internships and afterwards impact your social environment being a leader of a team and develop leadership characteristics, thus having complete personal enrichment and development.



By joining AIESEC GLOBE program you will:

  • Take part of learning environment which will help you develop your skills
  • Be part of the International Internships within the first six months of being part of AIESEC, giving you the great opportunity to volunteer in Poland blab la bal, and another 100 countries. It will broaden your understanding and Global Mindset and develop your cultural tolerance, as well as Emotional Intelligence
  • Apply the gained knowledge, business perspectives and know-how by joining a team in AIESEC for the next six months in the areas of sales, finance, HR, social projects, additionally supporting the development of skills beneficial for your future.
  • Experience Leadership by leading a team and impact your peers and social environment by demonstrating your Social Responsibility and equipping yourself with management skills and Entrepreneurial Outlook

Selection Period
If you pass the application, group assessment and individual interview, you can join as part of “GLOBE” Program-Exchange Participant(EP)
1~3 weeks, depending on Local Committees' process
Induction Period
If you join AIESEC in March or September, you are required to attend AIESEC Regional Induction Conference to know more about AIESEC as well as cultivate your sense of social responsibility and enlarge your world view
1~2 weeks after joining AIESEC
Internship Preparation
You are required to attend the Exchange Preparation Seminar in May or November to equip yourself with skills and knowledge needed for your internship as well as build up your network. Local Committee will provide you with necessary information about your internship and the country you will go to
1 month. Time depends on the VISA process
Internship Period
In this period of time, you would experience the life abroad and even provide more opportunities for youth in China. Local committees abroad would help you with life, work and other help needed
2~18 months. Time depends on the internship
Re-integration
After your internship, AIESEC also provides you opportunities to share with others. Moreover, you can join our local committee and apply your learned knowledge and experiences to the local society which will bring positive impact on our society
1~3 months
Leadership Role
You can get leadership positions and lead teams in our local committee to finish team
2~6 months. Time depends on personal development
