Leadership
Through the management of projects and activities in over 1600 offices at the local, national, and international level across 107 countries and territories, we provide about 10,000 leadership opportunities to our members each year. This provides our members with a range of valuable and practical experience and skills in management and leadership.
International Internships
Internship exchanges supply powerful learning experiences for young people. The focus of our exchange experiences is not only to provide a professional experience to the individual but also to provide a more powerful learning experience, which will lead him/her to become more entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, social responsible and take an active part in their own learning.
Global Learning Environment
The AIESEC global learning environment is built under the AIESEC Experience using both physical and virtual spaces where each member can access on their own the full range of valuable learning opportunities.
