200 Top Students • 20 Inspiring Entrepreneurs
WHAT
Developing Leadership Day pairs up 20 successful entrepreneurs with 20 teams of AIESEC leaders each for a day to go through a fast-forwarded forming, storming, norming simulation to finally become an "effectively performing" team.
The main role of the entrepreneurs are to facilitate and coach the teams and help them reflect about the messages in each exercise. We will use challenging team games as well as real case studies
At the end of the activity, we want have increased the capacity of each team to perform together and also for them to know how to become better leaders by learning from business leaders of the present.
