Regional Induction Conferences
Regional Induction Conferences are held twice a year, in October and March as an orientation and talent development seminar for 600-700 newly recruited members to network,
gain a deeper understanding of the organization, increase awareness for social issues, learn about their personal development path and experience the organizational culture.

Exchange Induction Conferences
Exchange Induction Conferences are held twice a year, in October and March as a regional orientation and preparation seminar for 300-400 university students recruited by AIESEC that will soon start an international internship opportunity in management,
development, educational or technical fields for a duration of 2-18 months.
|
|
National Leadership Conference
AIESEC holds 2 national leadership conferences annually, in July and February as a strategic training and development for 300-400 local leadership teams from university committees across the country.
|
|
Heading for the Future Conference
A 2 day seminar for 150-200 AIESEC leaders, members and alumni finishing their 3rd year of study,
held with the aim of connecting organizations that share AIESEC values with the best talents that we have to offer and to better prepare our members for becoming successful, contributing members of society.
